These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from GLUVGOLF LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Ireland under company number 816086, with registered address at Mounteagle, Ballyroan, Co. Laois, R32 VK31, Ireland.

By placing an order or using this Store, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell premium cabretta leather golf gloves and related accessories. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to the natural material.

2. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are listed in EUR and are inclusive/exclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability
• An order is only accepted once you receive an order confirmation email

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments / Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs, timeframes, and delivery regions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Right to Cancel (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details on how to exercise this right.

7. Consumer Rights

All content on this Store, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of GLUVGOLF LIMITED and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GLUVGOLF LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or products purchased, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Irish law (e.g. death, personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
