This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the GLUVGOLF LIMITED Store. All orders are shipped via An Post Standard Delivery.

We currently ship to:

- European Union (EU/EEA)
- United Kingdom
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Times & Costs

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.
4. Customs and Import Duties (Non-EU Orders)
For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 6. Lost or Delayed Packages
